I've got a 98 road king, it keeps blowing igintion fuses, it will be running good sitting there then you go to pull away and it pops the fuse, or it will be running down the road fine and then it will back fire once and at the next stop sign it will pop the fuse again. I've checked the wiring and fix every wire that even started to look bad, put new push buttons and wires on my handle bars put on a new coil, start it up and runs fine then go to pull away and it pops it

Sounds like a wire may be touching the frame?
If you turn key off running down the road and turn ignition back on, many times it will backfire from burning unburned fuel.
The momentary shorts stop the ignition from firing and when free, starts firing again, as if Ignition was removed and Restored while moving.
I don't think you have an open causing the lose of Ignition,(due to the fuse blowing).
If you have the schematic, follow all wires on that circuit.
Happen when you apply the brake(s)?

Maybe, but it happens a lot when starting, the bike will fire up and run great and sit there and run as long as I want it to, but I'll get on it and straighten it up and it will blow the fuse,

Do you have a schematic?
How about your Kill wire/switch?
When you say "straightn it up. Do you mean steering? if so maybe at Steering Head?
