It was a movie similar to Time Bandits/Ice Pirates, but where a kid is kidnapped or finds his way on a space ship as he's exploring. He ends up with a bunch of space thieves who end up taking care of him until they can get him back home. A couple of the guys in the gang end up getting killed as they travel and steal, but it ends up being a real touching, exciting, and fun movie, albeit in the great 'ole cheesy 80s fashion kid's space flick. What is the name of this movie?
