"My blower for the inside doesn't like to run.
Will work eventually by turning on and off but after it gets to temp I want it and turns of it doesn't want to turn back on. The pump and outside fan work fine .Capacitor?

It is a variable speed fan on a Goodman pgj036100-1.
It will run fine after I get it going and will run correctly for a day or two. Sometimes, If you san get it to start. . Morning is the most troublesome time. I don't run much in the night and around 8am the thermostat tells it to come and nothing. Compressor and outside fan are running correctly. I am thinking the dew in the morning may have something to do with it.

Morning dew has nothing to do with this. It's a part that is failing as it keeps wanting to do it's own thing. You need to test each component with a multitester and determine which part or component is failing. Could be the capacitor or the relay switch or the actual blower motor itself no telling until they are all tested.
