Can you tell us nore details about the blower fan? Most fan motors have 2 windings, one gets the fan started from a dead stop and the other icks in to make it run once at full speed. Your starting winding could be going.

Replacing the capacitor with an exact match would be a good, cheap place to start. Furnace fan motor capacitors usually run in the range of 5 to 15 dollars. If the new cap doesn't solve the problem, you will most likely need a new motor.
