How big is the wound, like a mosquito bite, or a small cut? Clear liquid from a wound is called 'serous' drainage and is clear, that is good. Don't interfere with the healing process; this is what it is.

We are not to diagnose on AMHD and there are certain conditions with a leg wound that are doubtful. We don't know your medical conditions and if you are a diabetic this would be serious and you would need medical attention.
