You need to look at the outside unit and locate the metal tag that lists the model number. It will list the tonnage on the metal tag as well.

I believe it may be a 2 ton, I believe it is 12 for every ton, The 24 makes me think it is 2 ton.
I don't think I have seen Tonnage Listed directly on the Label.

I agree that it's most likely a two ton. On most AC's the serial number is where you find the size of the unit indicated in multiples of 12: 12= 1 ton, 18= 1 1/2 tons, 24 = 2 tons, 30 = 2 1/2 tons, 36 = 3 tons, 42 = 3 1/2 tons, 48 = 4 tons, 60 = 5 tons. See if you can measure the outside diameter of the suction line (the larger copper line at unit) and this will allow us to confirm the size. DrTom4444
