I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee (9700 mi.). A/C appears to be working but no air is being delivered through any of the vents: dash or floor. Is there perhaps a baffle that is stuck in a closed position? Is it something that I can access to free it up and if so, where/how? Thanks.

Do this check:
Sit inside your vehicle, doors shut and windows up. With the vehicle running and the A/C switched on, make everything else as quiet as possible, then listen very closely as you move the mode switch from FLOOR to DEFROST then to FLOOR again.
Just move the select switch then listen.
When switching, you should hear a slight hissing or buzzing as the doors inside the dash move to their new assigned position. If you didn't hear anything, you need the test the HVAC control head diagnosed for proper operation.
Check for the proper air volume of the blower as you move the fan speed select to the various positions, too.

Perhaps a fuse for the blower motor?
