As I remember, the star of the movie is looking to avenge his teacher/uncle/or father's death. He is attacked by several gang members. In one scene four guys have long poles that they attack him with from four different directions and he spits up blood. In the last fight scene he tosses a cymbal from a drum set at the bad guy and it lodges in the bad guy's neck. I guess the movie is from the 70's but I'm not sure.
