I got lucky. Took off the sprayer to see if the problem was in there. The water pressure coming from the hose was really low. Then I noticed as I moved the hose back toward the faucet unit that the pressure increased. Turns out the hose had gotten wound around some of the plumbing under the sink and had kinked. I untwisted it, squeezed the kink out of the braided hose and everything was back to normal.
