I have a situation. The wife is a Canadian Citizen while the husband is a PR (he is eligible for citizenship).
1. Can the husband file for divorce in their home country
2. Can the wife file for divorce in their home country
3. Will Canada recognize the divorce, if filed in the home country

What do you mean using "Home country"?

If they are residents of Canada and currently live there, that is where they need to file.

Home Country - India. So originally from India, migrated to Canada a few years ago. The wife opted for Canadian Citizenship (and gave up Indian citizenship), the husband is still a PR holder
