All lights work. Only buzzes when turned on. Has power, it is level and no blockage in the vent.

You may have broken a belt. You will need to tear it down and test and clean everything. There are also safeties that will blow when it gets too dirty. Once you get it apart you can see if the motor turns freely and you can check the safeties with an ohm meter. Usually, the one near the elements will be the one to blow. DrTom4444
