My ex-husband was approved for his immigration visa after we separated, he was living with another woman at the time, I wrote a letter to our immigration attorney, and to immigration itself and cancelled his visa, we have a 4 year old daughter and he is $1659 behind on child support. He hasn't had any contact with his daughter in 3 years and has informed that he will not until he gets his legal staus, then at that time I need to be careful, his wife has been to my home and assaulted me, she harassed me, she verbally slanders me, I do not want to lose my daughter to such a disgraceful woman. I also turned my ex in to ICE on marriage fraud charges. I was told that it would be very difficult, if not impossible for him to obtain his visa again. Is that true? Please help me, I need to prepare myself for what is to come. Thank you

Two things (1) it is likely that he can keep his PR based on your marriage, as it was adjudicated as being a bona fide marriage; (2) if he is behind in his child support, he will not likely be able to get his US citizenship as he needs to show "good moral character", typically by showing he has always filed taxes, and does not owe tax or child support.

You can update the USCIS by sending periodic letters detailing any criminal violations, fraud, unpaid child support, drug use, etc. Reference his full name, DOB, POB and A number. Keep a copy of the letters for your file. Good luck.
