hi everybody my name is david. I have 93 civic and its stalls randomly mostly I guess when its warm but its random could be on highway or in park. I took it into the shop and they noticed the last owner of the vevhile wired the remote starter into the tack wire and it could have damaged the distrubter. That's what they said. But I think it might be ignition coil. I'm not sure what I should do or if its either of those problems. I put fuel injector cleaner and replaced fuel filter. Does anybody have any ideas. Thanks david

Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil inside the distributor. Be sure to apply silicone heat transfer grease to the back of the new ICM. The ICM is the likely culprit but it's best to replace both components, while you have the distributor apart. Removing the coil improves access to the ICM.
