Can you track your tom tom while one person is driving and watch it on my p/c

Not sure about newer ones but mine is 2 years old and no, you can't track it.

There are dozens of models of tom tom from many years. Mine has no such feature. What model do you have ?

As far as I know, no retail GPS navigational unit allows tracking. There are GPS devices, that DO transmit a signal to a server that allows you to track them through a WEB site. Such a service usually involves a fee per tracking or monthly.
