Ok so a while back I ranaway but got caught and put on house arrest. I was put on juvenile prob.. last dec. My grandmother kicked me out at 16 while I was on prob. Im turning 17 next week and I want to know if I have a runaway warrant will I b able 2 go 2 adult jail after I'm 17 and be able to get bailed out or will I have to go back to my grandmother.. and if I don't turn myself in will a runaway charge in clayton county show up if I try getting an id in gwinnett county.

As long as you are under 18 and NOT emancipated, then you will be returned to your lawful guardian. I didn't know running away was a crime. I actually don't think it is, or at least, it SHOULDN'T be.

Even though you're a kid, you know enough to ask questions here. I'd use those same resources to see if you can find a lawyer.
