Light went on, I added oil light is not constant but now blinking. Changed oil/ filter still blinking WU

Is the oil now full?

You could have a few different problems. The oil and filter may be dirty and need to be changed. You could have a bad oil sending unit. You could have a bad oil pump. Depending on how low the oil got and how long you drove it like that, I guess it's possible the engine got damaged and now maybe you're dealing with low oil pressure.
