Sorry if this has been asked already, but I was wondering what was the age requirement? I live in Pennsylvania and I want to move out of my parents house. I'm just sick and tired of my dad and me always fighting. I think I want to still live near them so they know I still love them, but I need time to get away from my dad. Whenever we're in the same room an argument occurs. We even get violent and hit each other. I can take care of myself so I don't need anyone. I'm quite mature for my age too.

As long as you are a mature 18 year old, there is no problem

You are 12, right? It takes maturity to even know how finances work on your own, and there is no way you could even support yourself. If you were thinking of living with another relative you would cost that person or family money to support you too. It isn't just the food you eat and the clothes you wear, it's the house, car, taxes, gas, insurance, presents, repairs, dentist, doctor, pets. Therefore - sorry, but you are not mature. It's just not possible at 12 or 13.

It also takes maturity to not get into physical fights with someone you don't get along with. Learn how to walk out of the room. Learn how to bide your time until you are no longer dependent on your parents. Zip your lip, do your chores, read and do homework and get good grades so you will be FREE someday. Good luck. (I didn't get along either, with my mother, 50+ years ago.)
