My dog really doesn't seem herself, she is normally out running around with her tail curled up in the air. She is a Boxer Dog and is at least a year and a half old. When we go to examine her back end she cries out in pain... Her tail is constantly drooped and her back end is on the floor, also her tail is always waggling but when we look at her she is just laid in the same spot looking at us with sad eyes, she is also limping occasionally and we don't know what's wrong with her... Can anyone help us? She is the most beautiful Boxer and I wouldn't know what I'd do if anything were to happen...

Why aren't you on your way to the vet? If your back end was drooping and you seemed to be in pain and looked sad, I'd immediately take you to the doctor.

I am sorry, but aside from wild guesses we couldn't begin to guess what is going on with your dog. You will need to take her to the vet as soon as you can.

What a gorgeous face.
Unfortunately there are too many things that could be wrong for us to take a guess, anything from a torn cruciate ligament, to a slipped disc in her back to a virus, you will need to work with your vet on this one, someone who can physically examine the dog and run tests.

If you love your dog get it to a vet. This is not a minor issue that we can guess on and give you a viable solution. Only a vet can examine run tests and determine the severity of the problem.

I am going to close this, as the point has been made. To the OP please start a new thread if you have any further questions after you have seen the vet. Please keep us posted.
