Is this unit a heat pump, or is it electric furnace only with air conditioning?

What I`m finding on Google tell me is that the above model number is for a condenser unit that is air only
Is this unit in operation in a home? Can you look inside unit and see a reversing valve? Does the thermostat have an emergancy heat setting on it? More info would be a help
