Would like to order another hand held remote control unit for my subject fan/light, in case I lose the one I already have. I have the Model #, the FCC ID #, the IC number, and the name of the maker (?) as Rhine Electronic.

How do I get hold of the unit I want as I have no phone # nor address?

They are based in Taiwan, here is their website, RHINE (http://www.rhine-e.com.tw/), with phone number and address listed.

As they are only an OEM supplier, so the best you may get from them is a dealer of their product.

I found that Fanimation | One Complete Revolution (http://www.fanimation.com/products/index.html) has some Rhine remotes. Look at their Controls list to see if they have yours.

A Universal replacement remote should work and you can also order replacement parts from Hampton bay:
