In the US, it will depend on two things: what state you live in and how well your attorneys fight for each of you. If you want to save money on them, sit down with your husband, itemize your assets and decide who gets what. If you can't, you'll be paying thousands to your lawyers.

ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. So we can't answer without knowing local laws.

But this is generally a matter of negotiation. Get appraisals of boat and truck as well as any other not monetary assets, totally everything up and split the difference. If you are going to split the proceeds of the sale, let him keep the items and deduct them from other assets.

For example: Lets say you have a house valued at $150K, the boat is $25K and the truck $15K plus you have investment accounts worth $250K and cash of $50K To this totals $490K. So you split it at $245K each. So you get the house and $95K from cash and/or investments, he gets the boat and truck and the remainder of the cash and investments.
