I I'm having lots of issues with my shoulder, I think I have torn cartilage. I have been Having chest pains, thinking it's from the shoulder. But now the pain in the chest is worse, and a great deal of pain in the neck, having bad bad headaches, and the cold sweats, sweating allot. Now my pee is brown or very dark brown, almost red. Tired all the time, and not able to work like this. Also having a different pain in the left front of my rib cage below my left pec. I am taking loratabs and I.b's for pain. Help me please. I may need to go BACK to the E.R.?

I'm no doctor but at this point, from what you describe, it sounds like it's time to head to the hospital.

If it is your left shoulder, it may never have been torn in the first place, it may be heart related pain. Yes, go to the ER. You should have a doctor, not relying on ERs, after this.
