How do I change the belt in a frigidaire dryer feq1442es0? I don't know how to get to it in order to change it. My father in law has taken apart what he can but I'm afraid if he tries to take any more apart, we won't get it back together.

Unfortunately this is not a quick and easy fix. The belt is actually located inside and towards the back of the motor and pulley assembly, which is also connected to the motor mounting bracket, which all fits into the blower assembly housing that has a cover and wheel, which in return fits next to the exhaust tube. This is a pretty heavy DIY job if you take it all the way on. I would suggest to contact a service professional for safety and liability reasons.
