So the Urbana, Illinois police saw a cup of it and claimed it had an alcohol odor and forced a Field Sobriety test which I failed simply due to the toe to toe and 10 years of Rheaumatoid Arthritis mobility issues. $5,000 later I am curious what if no alcohol caused the follow up .101 Breathalizer read But for the Monster Energy Drink(Green Color)?

Whatever is the main ingredient in the energy drink. Didn't you have an attorney to point out your RA problem?

I don't think Monster has any alcohol in it.

The newly released Monster 12 oz can Nitrous Oxide formula contains no alcohol yet to a day gives .1 BAC (overlimit-DUI).This is a case of a no alcohol consumption.

You will be convicted if you don't get a good attorney or come up with some proof that can be presented as evidence.
They have
1. officer to testify that you had a cup with a liquid in it
2. you failed the field test. ( there are several parts of a field test,)
3. and the failure on the breath test

If what you say is PROVABLE, then present it in court and you'll WIN! I LOVE beating 'em, don't you?

Honestly, I think you will have a tough time proving that any energy drinks raise your BAC. I just did a search and can find nothing that states this as a fact.
