Anyone can answer on this site.
We can't know if you are pregnant, something might be wrong, or nothing is wrong.
I would suggest that you just had an unusual period and it is now getting lighter, and you will be OK. In your teens it will be very common for periods to be light or heavy, early or late.
Green tea is not going to make you lose weight. It's good for you in itself as a natural flush of the kidneys and urinary tract, but you shouldn't be taking it in pill form or too much of it, because it's a diuretic. It's possible that it has thrown your body off a bit.
As always when giving advice of this sort, if you think there is something else wrong in your abdomen, see a doctor. Do another test kit or two if you are concerned about pregnancy.

Use first morning urine.
RARELY do women test negative when they are pregnant.
What exactly are your concerns? The effects of green tea pills, or how unusual your period is? It isn't unusual at all, especially at 17.

WRONG! Rarely do women test positive when they are not pregnant! Women test negative frequently when they are indeed pregnant.

Please, if you can't answer the question correctly, DON'T answer the question.

Sweetheart1,

The "pill" you took, am I correct to assume it was a morning after pill? If so, then that can throw your periods off and change your cycle.

Are you on birth control of any kind?

I did say that wrong. J_9 is right. My apologies.
