Have you two actually met yet ? You don't give us very much information to go on. So you two had a disagreement on the phone (always avoid that) it goes nowhere fast and only causes more problems.

He is probably frustrated; just have a no talk period until everything cools down.

Gee, sit down and write a love letteron pretty paper, sealed with a kiss (SWAK) on the envelope, and little drawings, and a lock of your hair, and a dot of your favorite scent. Spend 2 hours on it to show that you care and so that he has something to look at over and over while his heart softens.
