If not then it would be IMPOSSIBLE for you to be pregnant.

You didn't get pregnant by touching your dad's hand and then masturbating. Sperm has to be closer than that, although it doesn't have to be inside your vagina in rare cases. So.. why is your stomach a little rounder? Partly because you are a woman, and the hormones of puberty change your shape (as they will later in life too), and partly because you stopped exercising or are eating more.

You are at an age when your body is going to change shape - pelvis widens, adipose (fat) gets rearranged, and all the puberty stuff like pubic hair and breasts. Nature preparing you for your primeval role as a childbearer. Some girls get away with keeping a lean body through either genetics or tons of exercise and diet. And most of us women retain water around our periods, and that means swollen breasts and tummy and legs and it feels like everything, and probably is.

One far fetched thought: Studies of diabetes show that people with a concentration of fat around the middle tend to get/have diabetes. But it's a lot of fat all the way around the middle, not just a little bowl of fat in the front. I still think you are just changing shape. You say you can suck in your tummy! Don't worry about it.

No, you definitely are not pregnant. It's good old fat. But it's good that you are thinking about all this before you do have sex. But stop WORRYING about it, just learn about it and plan.

To lose the fat, don't eat bread, whipped cream, ice cream, rice, sugar or anything with sugar in it, butter, fats in meat, chicken or turkey skin, or anything with corn syrup in it. That pretty much limits you to skinless chicken or turkey, vegetables, and fruits.

Go back to your exercising.

You can't overeat fruit. You'll throw up with boredom first.

Give the brown dots time; they'll fade and disappear. Meanwhile, don't end up with a new outbreak -- so CUT OUT STRESSING OVER STUPID STUFF like getting pregnant with pee!!
