At will employment is contributing to discrimination

You can sue for anything, but can you win? I really don't see you grounds that at will employment contributes to discrimination. Most states as well as the federal government have laws that prohibit discrimination against protected classes. Those laws override the at will designation. But discrimination is difficult to prove.

So what is your real issue, since, In my opinion, trying to win a suit like you propose would be difficult and costly just to fight.

Care to say who you want to sue and what kind of discrimination you mean?
Discrimination can be quite desirable, such as not letting people in bathing suits into your restaurant, or charging 20 year olds higher car insurance rates. Or employees who are just aren't doing the job.
