Wrote earlier about false positive of oxycodone while on hydrocodone. Doctor said sending it to lab and should be back yesterday or today. Called and was told "oh, i don't see anything, should have been something by now" I get the impression she saw nothing. Now shouldn't it have said pending when she put my name in? Wondering if it even got sent in. where would I stand if they didn't send my urine out to check for sure about the oxycodone. Starting to wonder about this clinic.

One, make a written record of your telephone conversations with this office. It is also advisable to follow-up with a confirmation letter. Nothing elaborate, just a written record.

Also request the name of the lab it was sent to and follow up with them.

Thank you so much for your help. Never knew anything about the rights that I'm entitled to. Big big help. Will follow up. Took note of everything on the link you sent me to, and will pursue these actions if things don't get straightened out correctly.
