Hopefully all of it. (as in the full probation period if he doesn't rack up new charges) Do they know he ran yet?

How long was his probation time, if he was doing 4 years probation, he can do up to 4 years in prison. It will be up to the judge. But he is your ex, so do you even really care ?

Nope!. and they don't care, I talked to a probation officer yesterday and according to him, he was dismissed,( he stole a retirement check out of an old lady's purse and got caught trying to cash it) but still had to pay fine, he didn't pay all of the fine ( retirement check restitution), so they issued a warrant, and he was picked up... the offense for not paying the fine only carries a 90 day max sentence in jail, so he'll be out on his court date Sept 19th with no more probation and scott free to commit more crimes here and in other states..!

If all the judge gave him was 90 days, that is the max he can do, on midnight of the 90th day he has to be allowed to walk out the door.

He ran for 14yrs, left WNY and committed 9 infractions in AZ. He was arrested because he didn't make the full restitution payment for what he stole... they don't know or care about what he did in AZ!. I called the probation officer, he did his time for it (1yr) and just didn't pay the fines... why do I care?. I don't want to be around when he gets out... when he was arrested, he was falsifying a complaint against me because I wouldn't talk to him for months, his way to get my attention... but as soon as he started giving the info to the intake person, his name came up to be arrested for the outstanding warrant of his violation of 1997!!
