From what I am reading, it looks like your father is a naturalized German citizen. If that is that case, you should automatically receive German citizenship once you present proof that he is your father, and be able to apply for a German passport. This becomes more complicated if you have reached 18, since generally, Germany does not allow citizens to hold dual citizenship (Some EU countries, and Switzerland are an exception, but you can only hold one passport, and if you have a passport issued in your home country, Germany allows you to keep it). If you are not a citizen of an EU country or Switzerland, you will have to renounce your citizenship to claim German citizenship and apply for a German passport.
