I had my first miscarriage when I was 14 weeks pregnant and didn't have a positive blood pregnancy test until that week. Unfortunetly, I had to have a D&C because I was so far along. The doctor suspected that I was pregnant with twins because of the excesssive conception matter that was in my uterus. I have had 2 miscarriages since that time both around 7 weeks and I never even got a positive test. Its been 10 weeks since my last miscarriage and I think I am pregnant again but of coarse I have had no positive test result. Are there any other tests that I could request from my doctor? Why are my pregnancy test always turning up negative to find out later by the doctor that I did indeed have a miscarriage?

You could request for a blood test from the doctor or have (him/her) refer you to someone for an ultrasound. Try to find a place that does the 3D ultrasounds because they are more accurate. If you think you may be pregnant, take all the vitamins needed and keep yourself well fed and drink lots of fluids. Stay away from fluids that are high in sugars or alcohol. Natural juice drinks are the best.
