Im trying to set up a staff position of a chaplain for my navy rotc high school unit and before I tell my 1st sgt about the idea, I need to know what the responsibilities and especially what their main role is. I've already done a lot of research, but I would like to hear from others, or even people who personally know. Thank you!

The ROTC Chaplain program will have a detailed job discription of this position. And of course the position would have to be approved and any person filling the position will have to be approved by the Chief Chaplain office.
