My L100 will crank but not fire. I cleaned the new spark plug & installed a new fuel pump. I'm getting fuel to the pump, but it won't fire.

Touch the fuel solenoid on the bottom of the carb as you turn it on; you should feel/hear it open. Check for voltage to it.
You can also try isolating the engine from the frame to find out if the ignition is being grounded and where it is happening.
