Try swimming or martial arts in your free time. It really streches the muscles and can lead to a good amount of growth spurt.

Please do not post the same question repeatedly... we are volunteers and sometimes it takes awhile to get to a question. You can't get taller, at least not without expensive surgery and a long a painful recovery (80,000 US). Human growth hormone is a possibility, but only before puberty, and ideally, by the age of eight. (20000-40000 US) You may maximize your genetic potential by being healthy, but your DNA dictates what is going to happen. If it were as easy as exercising, don't you think everyone would do it?

You are 14, you will continue to grow for several more years.
There is no way to really grow more than what nature has set

Ensure that you eat healthy and balanced meals and exercise by joining a sport or activity. That way you will be sure to reach your full potential physically.
Once you are an adult, you will be what you are, and you will have to learn to accept and love it.

Pilates, pilates, pilates. And good nutrition (magnesium and calcium rich foods).

There is no way to grow taller then you are meant to be, other then extensive painful surgery. Even then you'd be lucky to gain an inch in height.
You're still growing, but in the end, when you've stopped growing, the height you are, will be the height you are, no matter what you do.
Swimming won't help, nor will pilates, not even a good diet. Those will all make you healthier, but they won't make you taller.
Your height is predetermined. There's nothing you can do to change it.
You said that's not what you want to hear, but I won't lie to you just to make you feel better. These are the facts, like them or not. You can't change them, science can't change them, no one can change them. It's the way it is, and it's best that you accept that there are some things in life that you can't change.

What people don't realise is Epigenetics. Meaning above genetics. Meaning, you can modify your destiny by modifying your environmental factors (your nutrition, your lifetyle etc). Pilates and moderate amount of sports in general help bone growth and improves spine. And most of all, stay positive :)

Please show where you've found this info. Links, book name, etc. etc.
You can't modify your height just by nutrition and lifestyle. If you've read research that shows otherwise, I'd really like to read it.

Lifestyle and genes work as a combination. It's not just genes that determine your features. Check twin studies. Epigenetics has a huge role in development of both physical appearance and character. And yeah I am a geneticist myself, I didn't Google it. Just Google epigenetics and you'll get your answer
