He start to love me, and proposed to me although he knows that I'm in relationship. He told me that I care for as how his late mom does. He told me that he would love me till the end of his life and he told me that he will wait for me. He shares all his personal to me.

Day by day I fell in love with this guy but I never tell him. Then suddenly one day he told me that a girl name A. propose to him and he ask my opinion whether he should accept the girl's proposal or not. I felt hurt deeply and I don't know why am I crying terribly. Everything in him has changed. He was so loving to me, and now he is talking with me as a normal friend. Was his love toward me true??

Of course it was. It was as true as your love for Mr. M. whom you were so willing to go behind his back and entertain the words of this fellow. I doubt he was proposed to be this other girl, that's his story. He probably proposed to her too, after a lot of smooth talk to you both.

A decent person would not have gone behind their boyfriends back to be smooth talked by another fellow. Wonder what Mr. M would think if he knew the truth.

Sorry to say this but I don't think he truly loved you. I think you need to tell him how you feel about him. If he truly loved you then he wouldn't ask you if he should say yes to this girl.
