I am on the contraceptive injection so am used to the occasional period at odd times (one month it might be round beginning and only last a couple of days but be heavy the next it might be at the end of the month and last a week and be really light). I have been on it for a year now and have never experienced 3 periods in 1 month!

My first one started 8th July till about the 15th. I was off for 2 days and then the 2nd period started on the 18th and ended 23rd. The one I am on now has started today (26th July). None have been particularly heavy, the first was what I suppose would be quite an average amount and the other two have been fairly light.


I'm a little bit worried. Has anyone else experienced this when on the contraceptive injection? Or not been on it but had the same problem?
