OK so we have a new battery a brand new altenator but yet when we drive around the battery light comes but nothing will be plugged in the cig lighter n then awhile later the ABS light then the airbags light... so if anyone knows what the problem could be let me know... I am getting tired of this problem.

You likely installed a remanufactured alternator with a defective voltage regulator and/or worn brushes--exchange it for another. Regulated voltage should be 14 to 15 volts--easy enough to check.

This has been the 3rd one we been through n all voltage regulators have gone bad...

Remove and fully charge the battery. Even new batteries should be charged, prior to installation. Alternators are battery maintainers, not chargers. You may be burning the alternators out, since the battery is so discharged.

Yea I've done that every time I change the alternator as well bt few people have also suggest that it culd be the power cable from the voltage regulator to the battery has fried, culd that be it as well??

High resistance (fried) in either the power or ground side can create charging issues.
Both positive and negative cables need to be voltage-drop tested to insure their integrity. Simple resistance testing won't reveal if the circuit can break down under a load.

Use abrasive cloth to clean the "B" connector on the alternator. Likewise, clean the other end of the cable going to the battery. Depending on the car, it may be where the cable attaches to the "mega" fuse on the end of the under hood fuse box. Afterwards, apply dielectric grease.

OK found the problem the wire that connects to the starter n the alternator from the battery was not secured tight enough bt thank you for your inputs...
