A girl at work has had a crush on me for at least the past 7 months. She follows me exactly on my coffee breaks, stares at ms from a distance, when we make eye contact when crossing paths she turns back and comes round for another glance, giggles when I say hi, hangs around my work area a lot, when I don't give her enough attention she goes into a shell, I'd I seem to ignore her too much she even takes the next day off work as sick, when she talks to her friends they all look at means talk, she positions herself always so that she can see me or I can see her, her friends help her to get us having lunch together (or that's how it seems), she stares from a distance but cannot make eye contact if we do talk. I finally made a move - I spoke to, emailed her, she responded, I asked her to lunch - then she didn't respond. I don't get it - I spoke to her again but didn't mention the email. Instead she said oh sorry for not replying, so I said it's fine. That's it. I don't understand, she has been chasing me for so long - she still seems interested in me. What's the deal? I have backed off and she is still giving me signs that she is interested. What does she want me to do?
