The blower motor in my 2003 Honda Accord suddenly quit working. I replaced the motor with no help.
There are 12VDC going to the motor and the fuses are good. Any thoughts?

Power at the blower is one side of the equation. The ground or "control side" is the other.
That is controlled by the blower power transistor.
The blower power transistor controls the blower motor in all speeds except HIGH. The blower power transistor is controlled by the heater control panel. When the heater control panel requests HIGH blower speed, the blower power transistor grounds the blower motor, which connects the blower motor directly to ground, making the blower run at high speed.
