I enlisted in the U.S.Army 10th CAV from 2000-2004. I was hurt in a Hummve bridge accident during training and was rushed back to the Line Unit without properly being diagnosed. When I was seen by a non-military doctor three years later the evidence found that I had damaged discs and a pinched nerve. I was also going through a very rough time with the death of my oldest brother and dad. My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and our house was about to be taken. I checked myself in the psycho-ward to get help. Later, I was sentenced to a month in jail because I would not sign the "Other Than Honorable Discharge" forefeiting my military benefits, for testing positive for THC on two occasions. I served my time and still received the OTH and it was followed by a felony charge on my DD214.Is there any way to get any help or info on my issues?

I would advise an attorney that specializes in military law.
