All I can remember is:
Setting at the start: probably at a beach, there was a camp fire
White guy (good guy)
Black Guy (bad guy)
Near the start of the movie a white guy (possibly with a couple of friends) gets attacked by a black guy who seemed taller. The main move that he did to incapacitate the white guy... is hard to describe (think of slapping someone with two hands.. but Not with hands . But with two feet... that you got to jump up).

He had trained vigorously throughout the movie to get his exact revenge. Where as he trained especially with huge tree trunks that mimic'd the black guy's move where the tree trunks came swinging down from either side to the guys face so he is able to learn to block it.

Last fight I remember was a showdown with the white guy and the black guy in a final fight. And the white guy won.. exacting his revenge.

I don't remember what the black guy was wearing..
But the white guy was dressed in all red. (possibly has white little spots on it)

And no its not 'Best of the Best'

I'm not positive, but it vaguely sounds like it may be Bloodsport (1988) - Plot Summary (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0092675/plotsummary)

Your description of the movie sounds like 'King of the Kickboxers' starring Billy Blanks. This is one of the many martial arts B-movies that will forever be limited to a VHS format. You might be able to find some clips of it at youtube.com.
