Every morning I wake up I have uneven pupils only for about 10 min and I have been spacey and lightheaded 24/7 and feel sea sick.and some times my ears are sound sensitive .I had a ct and mri on my brain both normal thank god! And my blood pressure is always around 120 over 70.im sure I'll live but this sucks.can this be an inner ear issue like menieres or etd.or can this be migraines or just stress?

Have you had an eye exam done by your eye doctor lately? Uneven pupils don't sound right, nor does the lightheadedness that long and the seasickness either. Inner ear problems do not cause uneven pupils. What kind of doctors have you been to lately to rule out specific diseases?

I went to the er and got the ct scan and they drew 5 viles of blood.every thing was good.then I got an brain mri so there was no question that the ct didn't miss any thing and it was normal.still not feeling good I went back to my normal doctor and took more of my blood to test thyroid, and other stuff? Got a testicular exam, and prostate gland exam still normal thank god! I had blown out my knee early this year and was very limited on my fun and exercise, basically bed ridden for about a month, and still laying around most of the time, all total about six months.and this started about 2 months in.I notice that its when I stand up in the morning is when the lightheaded starts, and my hands and feet get real red and tingly but goes back close to normal in a little while.ive heard of this condition called pots syndrome that is a circulation problem.I don't feel like things spin, I feel real faint, like my blood pressure drops suddenly, even if I have been standing hours ,at any point of the day it hits bad and I have to scramble to sit down or I might acually faint.is this a posibilty that I have pots or a circulation problem from laying around too much? I also had a bad tooth pulled that was infected.

Following is a good and easy-to-read description of POTS and symptoms.

Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (http://www.dinet.org/pots_an_overview.htm)

It sounds like you are doing everything possible toward diagnosis and while I can understand your impatience and desire to know, believe me, you should continue with those hands-on processes with your doctors as no one in the world can diagnose the diverse symptoms you mention based on a brief written description.

I wish you the best and hope the above information is helpful.

I'm only 29yrs old 6ft 160lbs very fit.would a cardio be the choice doctor for this and get the 24hr monitor thing?if its pots can that be what's going on with my pupil because it seems like it has something to do with sleep or something.it never happens during the day, sometimes in the evening when I'm really tired.
