Hi, Has anyone connected a Tachometer to a Kohler engine CV14S to measure the RPM and adjust via Idle Speed Screw?

I do every day , but it's a special tach , I have a wireless tach made by stihl.
You can buy a tiny tach , most small engine shops have them
