A have a 37" bush lcd the blue power light has started going red and some times will not turn on any ideas what this problems could be ?

It could be a bad part. But before venturing that far, try unplugging it for the day and plugging it back in and see if that helps at all. Otherwise, if that doesn't help, you could see about having it repaired, but if it's a bad board, you're looking at usually around $300-500 USD to have it fixed. If it's just bad capacitors on the power board (which I've seen a few times, more often with Samsung though), then you're usually looking at just the trip and diagnostic, maybe a little extra labor.
