I and my boyfriend had unprotected sex at 4pm today, I took unwanted 72 pill within 20mins after having unprotected sex,so is there any chances of getting pregnant,if yes then what r the precautions to don't get pregnant

When having sex there is always a risk of pregnancy. There is no form of contraception that is 100% effective. This includes the Plan B.

Don't have sex. That's the only sure way you won't get pregnant.
