I wanted to know if being on the depo shot can cause me not to have kids . Iwas on the oct 2007 till April 2010

It shouldn't cause sterility, but it can take awhile for your body to get back to normal. The depo shot suppresses some pretty important hormones, and it may take a long time for your body to start producing them at the levels needed for conception.
If you're worried about, talk to your doctor.
