I have a framed etching with Paris Etching Society NY USA in the upper right hand cornor. On the lower left cornor is the number 309 next to that is within a circle the letters SLZ and in pencil next to that is handwritten in pencil what looks like Canal and Loring. On the bottom right cornor is written in pencil what looks like Phillips. It is a picture of a canal with a small boat sitting in it wtihtrees on both sides of the canal. Beautiful colours. On the back is a sticker which says This is a Phillips Product and stamped below is what appears to be A5 9255. Any information regarding the picture and or the artist would be appreciated.

Sorry, susan, can't do it without you fowarding a pic. Think of what you are asking us to do; identify a paintingnumbered print ? And an artist without anything to go on. If it was a numbered print it would have a stamp, a number and a seal indicating it was authenticated by the painter. If it isn't that, then it is just a print.
