I'm currently on unsupervised probation for possession of stolen property: I pay $100 I did 100 hours of community service and also they put me on 3 years unsupervised probation (This weekend I got puled over by State Park Officer and he gave me a ticket for driving without a license, would this affect my probation? Would this put me behind bars? This counts like probation violation? Can I just pay without going to court?

"Also I'm a Mexican immigrant and I CAN'T get a driver license here on California" would this get me deported?

Yes, this can affect your probation - you have violated. You could get your original sentence; you could get additional probation; you could get a warning.

I'm surprised that there's an option to pay without going to Court and continuing to drive. In MY area if you are stopped without a valid license you MUST go to Court.

And, yes, "this" could get you deported. I'm very surprised you weren't deported at the time of your original arrest - unless you were "legal" at that time.

Re-read your copy of your probation dos and don'ts. It probably contains a clause that says you will be violated if you do not report any police contact. You need to report this to your PO and face the consequences which may be nothing or a whole lot of problems. You don't know what will happen until you go to your VOP hearing.
