What do I do if I'm to shy to hang around with my boyfriend?. k I'm 14 and I have been dating him for 2 weeks and we never hang out and I'm scared he's going to dump me and I really like him so what do I do ?

I am not trying to be mean, but why would you start a relationship in the first place if you were too shy to enjoy time together?

I was never shy around him when we were friends,but now that we are dating everything seems weird and I'm more nervouse around him.

Okay, just asking. I've gone through this before. I dated my best friend and it was sort of awkward. Just find group things to do then move onto dates where you aren't required to talk much or give you something to fill in the awkward time. For example, going to a movie as opposed to a picnic. Or even activities such as horseback riding.

First question is how do you define dating? Second question is do your parent know and approve of your dating?
